POLICE have discovered a large cannabis factory in Kingswinford.
Officers on patrol from Brierley Hill Police Station found more than 1,000 plants at various stages of growth across multiple rooms when they located the facility in a unit on Oakdale Trading Estate just before 3pm yesterday (Tuesday December 15).
Dangerous weapons were also recovered, police said on Twitter.

Around 1,000 plants were later seized and two men found inside the unit, aged 29 and 36, were arrested on suspicion of drugs cultivation.
They remained in police custody today (Wednesday December 16), a spokesman for West Midlands Police said.
