ICE WAX (bubble hash) with Matt Rize

'We're kind of doing it the old-fashioned Maritime way, which is storytelling'. Myrna Gillis sports a colourful rainbow bracelet as a way to demonstrate that her company is dedicated to inclusiveness. In small letters, the word "reef" is printed. "We also have given this to all of our staff as part of Pride celebrations to promote diversity within our workplace," Gillis said from her company's office in Bedford, N.S. Disability Benefit Recipients Denied Medical Marijuana Coverage

'I look at all the medications I've taken over the years, and they don't help like medical marijuana'. An Ottawa woman living with multiple sclerosis says the province's refusal to cover the cost of medical marijuana is driving her to risk addiction to opiate painkillers. Bobbi Assoun, 47, has a doctor's prescription and is federally licensed to use marijuana for MS-related pain. As a recipient of benefits through the Ontario Disability Support Program, her drug…

Loveland ski worker's widow penalized for man's legal marijuana use

Future of MMJ Nasal Sprays, Inhalers and Suppositories in Flux

A small but growing segment of the medical marijuana market could be kept off shelves in Colorado as government regulators and the pot industry scramble to figure out how to safely produce and monitor cannabis nasal sprays, inhalers and suppositories.Dubbed "non-conforming products" by the state Marijuana Enforcement Division and Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment, MMJ products that enter the body by inhaler or other means of nasal, vaginal or rectal administration would be taken off the shelves if emergency rules are adopted by the MED. According to the MED, MMJ nasal sprays cannot be sold to dispensaries after July 1 (sprays on store shelves before July 1 can still be sold), while other comforting products would be banned if or when the rules are adopted. The rule changes were an attempt to get a regulatory grip on new, pharmaceutical-like deliveries of cannabis; products such as THC-infused nas…
