How does this tincture recipe look?

I've been doing a bit of research and am planning to try the below:

1. Add 14g of decarbed flower to 330ML (11.15fl oz) of 89.9% alcohol [~180 proof] Absinthe (I can't get everclear or anything unflavored which is this strong).
2. Freeze for 7d, taking out to gently shake once per day
3. Strain with coffee filters & add to dropper bottles.

Curious:

- Is my ratio of fluid to flower appropriate? I'm wanting to maximize potency.
- Is 7d in the freezer likely to yield the best results or is...
