BHO Butane vs Propane?

So I got a huge lot that started to turn musty. Normally, I would blast with butane and winterize. Problem is that I'm not so sure it's worth the $800 worth of butane needed. So thinking propane might be more efficient this time. Problem is, I've never used propane.

So could any of you wise ones who have, please gimme some tips.
