Are my columns frozen too long for my CLS to run right?

So last week I was planning on doing a few runs with my passive CLS so I packed two columns and put them in the freezer the day before I was going to do my runs. Life happened, and low and behold, I couldn't do the runs as planned because I had to leave my house for almost a week. Due to the abruptness of postponing the runs (sorry long story), I forgot about the columns before I left the house, so the columns have been in my chest freezer for about a week now.
